Hi,

After installing and setting up Live Feed, I (as administrator) can post a status update, but normal registered uses cannot. When I (as admin) post an update you can see the character limit counter counting down. When a normal registered uses tries to post an update, the counter stays at 140 and the post button does nothing.

I think I must have something set wrong, but I can't figure out what it is.

Regards,

Daniel.

Have you checked the permissions in the Manage Usergroups area in vBulletin?

Yes, I have checked all the applicable permissions.

I just noticed this morning that it only happens when the live feed is shown above or below the forum content. The live feed sidebar block is working fine.

Daniel.

In settings, if you enable the Navbar Tab, then click it, you are taken to a page where your live feed is the full width of the forum. This is where it won't allow any user but me (admin) to post a status update. If I disable the Navbar Tab and use the sidebar block instead, it works as advertised.

I'm unable to replicate this issue. Please provide me with an FTP account and a forum account for an affected user so I can see this in action on your site.
