VB already has the Referral component where members can refer other people to the site with a referral URL, however I would love to see this expanded into an affiliate program.
I have multiple paid subscriptions setup on my site, so if a member refers someone to our site, then that person buys something, I'd like to give the member who referred them a commission then a Payout system where I can pay them through Paypal.
For example.
BoB refers Joe to my site
Joe then purchases a item via VB subscription
Bob would then receive $x commission for that sale
Features:
Admin can set a minimum cash out for affiliates ($20, 50, etc)
Affiliates can change the cash out value if they like, but not lower than the minimum
Notification for admin once someone reaches their cash-out number
Change commission percentage for each subscription item. (One item can have 30% commission, another item 50% commission, etc)
Affiliates get a new profile tab showing a list of members they referred. Tab also shows a log of commissions they've received.
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission should also be removed.
No everyone should be allowed to use this system, only certain usergroups.
I also have your VBShop mod installed, it would be great if this would work with that also in addition to subscriptions.
