The info I send is orientative but VBulletin is inside a protected intranet so you need additional information to manage the install
Belazor is the one who handles the installs, so pm him with any information he will need to install the product.
I would assume it will be soon, it is 6am where he is, so he should be up sometime.

Please we need to contact Belazor urgently. After the install the forums are unusable. According to the previous post my understanding ios that in case of no install I will be refunded.

The installation was completed, I have PM'd you stating as much. The issue with your forum style I'm seeing on your forum is unrelated to vBDownloads, as even disabling it does not return the CSS information.
Please understand that due to your "intranet" style login to your forum, it is very time consuming for me to provide support for non-DBTech issues. In addition, support for non-DBTech issues is not covered by any support policies we have in place.
The best way to contact me is via Private Message, I don't personally monitor this thread.

The problem with your forum is an incomplete vBulletin 4.1.9 installation. You are lacking critical files that vBulletin requires to function. Please re-download vBulletin from your member's area and re-upload the files. You will know it is the correct files when the AdminCP copyright footer again produces a link to www.vbulletin.com

When I say "Hotfix Released" it means you should re-download the product and re-upload the files.
