Hi guys,
i postet some questions for my project already some time before. Check this link for old post:

I didn't buy the forum software and the credits-plugin yet, but i am willing to do so as soon as i am sure about my project.

1. usage of charge tag:
I want to know a general thing of the CHARGE-Tag:
Is it right, that i need a third party plugin (like "HIDDEN-TAG"), this tag will be connected to the CHARGE-Tag (should be one and te same name) and after reply in the thread the hidden content will be visible and the amount of credits got charged?

2. dynamic amount of charged credits:
Is it possible to do it more dynamic? I would like to do it like this:

CHARGEXXX Tag, means XXX Credits will be charged for viewing the hidden content. Is it possible to create more than one CHARGE Tag? Then there would be at least a several amount of charge-tags for different credit values. Or can i precise somewhere else (during thread creation including charged content) the amount of credits being charged?

3. question:
I would also like to insert a "buy" button or link. I don't want users must answer the thread (if i'm right with question 1). If they just want to buy the content, they click "buy" and got charged the specific amount of credits XXX.

4. pay credits by real money:
Can I include redemptions in the shop-addon of vbulletin and sell credits in my own (integrated) shop system? The other way would be to include links for buying credits somewhere else?

5. support
Could you give me a suggestion for more specific support? Where i can hire a programmer for help me with my project? If it's not possible to realize, i would like to create it by my own (using the basics of the vbCredits plugin). Where i can find freelancer of companies that can do work like that?

Thank you very much again for information and answers It would be mor easy for me to buy the software and the plugin, but then it's 300$ for me, and if the system can't fit my requirements, it's not worth it. I hope you understand.

Charge tag: The syntax is CHARGE=X where X is the amount of credits you would like to charge.

"Buy" button: As far as I can tell, this is not currently possible, sorry.

vBCredits Real Money: The Pro version allows you to sell credits directly, you do not need to sell redemption codes.

Freelancer: Sorry, we do not deal with external companies, so if you don't want to hire us to customise the product for you, you'll need to look somewhere else unfortunately

Fillip H., thank you for this nice answer again. I did not know, that I can hire you for solve my problems or wishes within your plugins. For sure I don't need to search for another freelancer, if you (as developer of the plugin) can do that as well. Nobody will do it better than the supplier

How much is it for me if one of your colleagues will help me for integrate new features or solve any problems? Can you give me an overview about that? Is it possible to make a long term contract for support me?

i just found the overview about custom work. i think, until now all questions are answered. But, is it possible to get the user manual for the vbcredit plugin? thanks.

Could you suggest a way how to supply downloads within the "hidden-content" tag? Is there a comfortable way to host and link also big file sized downloads? How about the security issues? Is it safe to hide the content within the content-tags?

There's no manual for this mod at this time, sorry

There's no integration with existing download mods at this time, so you would need to link to it inside of the charge tag in order to keep it from being visible.

1.
What means "per project basis"? I read about, that custom coding support is starting at 30 Dollars per hour. By the way, that won't be a problem, i don't have so much custom work.

2.
I estimate a project start for my project within the next 1 or 2 years. I will be well prepared, before starting. Could you suggest to buy the forum software and the plugin right now? Are there any disadvantages? I know, the plugin licence never expires (lifetime licence), but what about the forum licence?

3.
My first plan is to run the version 4 of the vbulletin forum including some addons, also from dragonbyte for sure I hope, that version will be supported by vbulletin for a long time. The reason is, that i didn't hear so many good points about the v5 forum software. Can you confirm that? Do you see any "bad" points regarding my plan?

All together i would say i will buy the forum software and your plugin soon, then i can start real testing of the software and can ask more specific questions.

1. It means if you pay let's say $500 for us to modify the product in some way, and then later down the line you need additional modifications, it would cost extra.

2. Forum licence expiration has no effect on our services

3. We have no intention of supporting vB5, nor do our products work on vB5 at this time. We do have a few vB5 versions of some products, but they are in "alpha" state.
