After I pay: I want to install it on buy-host.com (as I have not upgraded my main site yet). Once I upgrade my main site I will want to transfer it over to my main site gamerzneeds.net as I don't have a need for one on buy-host.com but still want to test it out until I upgrade.

Is there a way for me to update which url I have it installed at, or will you need to do it manually?
 
Right now the system is very much manual, I'm working on building a purchase/license/member/download system for DBT. At the moment Cosmic is out, but I don't think he'll have an issue with transferring the license URL :)
