I would like to allow users more 'good to sell their bets to other users. It's possible?

I give you an example.Let's say I make a competition to see who guesses lotto results,i would like to allow users more 'good to sell their predictions to other users.

Do you mean the ability for a user to sell their raffle ticket(s) to other members?

If so, that's not currently possible, sorry

And you can reward users who buy more tickets with free lotteries?
The new lotteries the can open only the administrator?

You can change the currency in the Raffles mod to utilise the vBCredits currency, yeah
