Hello,

I'm interesting in purchasing DBSEO Pro, but tried the Lite version and didn't see an option to preserve my previous (custom) vBSEO forum/thread structure.

I read the Pro version has an importer and I have everything from vBSEO backed up including settings and XMLs, so my question is does the Pro version importer allow me to use custom vBSEO forum/thread structures not available from those offered in the Lite version?

If you want I can provide the XML, a basic example of is here though with 12345 being the thread id and 8 being the page number:

http://www.domain.com/forums/category-name/thread-title-12345-8.html

The closest I could get it with the Lite version (which unfortunately isn't exact) was:

http://www.domain.com/forums/category-name/12345-thread-title-8.html

My second question is I'm aware a single DBSEO license is just for one website, if I changed domains a year down the road from (for example) sports.com to sportsandmore.com would the license transfer to the new domain if that is where my single board then existed with the old domain permanently redirecting to it?

Let me know thanks!

The Pro version does indeed allow you to import your URL structure from vBSEO :)

You can change the domain for your site without needing to re-download the mod or anything like that, and you can have multiple domains pointing to the same exact forum without needing multiple licences.

You only need two licences if you run two separate forums, much in the same way vBulletin itself is licensed :)
