Please some info - what is mean dual license - i have arcade pro license for vb4 ... will test arcade pro on my vb 5.1.5 test site - how much should cost me for test arcade pro on vb5? Should purchasing of dual license fix that solution?

Arcade is most important mod for my site.

Dual Licence means you get both a vB4 licence, and a vB5 licence, for a reduced price

If you're running a vB5 test site, I'd recommend using the Lite version as a test before upgrading to Pro. That way, if the vB5 upgrade ends up not being the best way forward for your community, you haven't spent any money on vB5 mods for no reason
