"All-People-Can-Sell" - Creditsystem

Hello Dragonbyte-Team,
i am looking for a Shop-System, that can be included in the community. I don't want it's seperated.

I think about following:
- Users can create Threads like in all forum
- within the Thread-Creation-Site the user can say "include buyable content" and upload or link the content and specify the amount of credits needed to get access to that content
- Other Users must buy credits (by creditcard or paypal) at the shop integrated payment-system (important, just one payment system for all users offering by the forum/site itself) and can pay the "hidden" content in the thread. After that the content will be accessable for download
- Important is, that People can refund their earned credits. Perhaps it is possible within the payment-system? Otherwise it would be enough to refund manually. Therefore it's neccesary to see the amount of credits the User sold on the community.

Is that possible with any mods or forum or addons? Are there any "ready-to-use" Systems on the market? Can someone code such a thing for me? Normally i used wbb many times and i have a license. If i need to change the forum-system it would be okay for me to reach my plan.

The amount of money that the development of this sytem will cost me is not very important. So if someone know who is able to do something like that for me i would be happy about an advise or a contact.

vBCredits II Deluxe does feature a CHARGE tag that allows members to charge points for viewing content. If you make it so that the currency being charged could only be gotten by purchasing it with real money (also supported in vBCredits), would that achieve what you want?

That means, the vbcredit2 system allows every user to add "hidden content", that got visible after payment of a specific amount of credits charged before? that would be great ...

I have a few more questions about that:

1. The Credits will be transfered to the Owner of the Thread, right?
2. How the prepad-Payment procedure is realised? What payment-provider is supported? (I don't want pay high fees for expensive third-party payment-provider).
