    • Managing Triple Triad Cards

Triple Triad Cards are the main content, each set must have cards in order to play.

First to add a card you should click Manage Cards while on the Manage Sets screen, once there you should see a screen similar to this:

(Note the picture has a break point to show top/bottom)

All cards are displayed on this screen grouped into levels to give you a a global scope. To add a new card, simply press "Add". You'll be taken to the form where you can enter the details for a new card as shown below.

      Card Title
Self-explanatory, the title for the card.

      Select the card image
You will be provided a drop down menu of all images contained within card_blue/ for your set, note that the exact same filename must reside in card_red/ too which is how the game matches blue/red cards, so if you have monster1.gif in card_blue/, monster1.gif should also be in card_red/, the colours (typically background) should differ however. Also note that the red/blue combinations are purely naming schemes, you can choose to use whatever 2 colours you wish.

      Card Type
Choose the card type, for example: Level 1.

      Card Rare
This value can be between 0-1000%, 0 indicates the card is not rare while 1000 means it is extremely rare. This is used when Decks with random cards are purchased, even though in these decks different card types have chances of being given, cards within a type can also have a chance based on this rare value.

      Card Element
If the set uses an element, select it here. Typically cards will have elements on the card image itself but the system cannot interpret that so you must select the element manually.

      Card Values
Simply enter the card values shown on the image for Top/Bottom and Left/Right. Note that "A" is 10. You should also note that no card value can be greater than 10, and by entering a value greater it will not be reflected in all parts as in matches the system will auto-correct this value to 10. The reason behind this is because during the elemental rule if a card with a value of 10 is placed on a matching element which increases values by 1, values greater than 10 during this process are reduced back to 10 as the game is not meant to have any value higher.

Good to know if I ever choose to add new cards. However I will probably stick with what ever comes in the imports ^^
