Fixed error with not being able to saved question/answer modifications
Fixed division by zero error in ACP quiz maintenance
Fixed division by zero error in quiz graph
Fixed thread creation error when activating quiz
Fixed link problems in new quiz thread
Fixed add comment ajax error
Modified fixed currency id for credits integration

vBQuiz 1.2.2 Beta is immediately available from the Customer Area and Standard/Free area.
