As @Mokonzi gets ever closer to finishing the Classifieds mod, I'd like to take a few minutes to talk about what comes after he declares himself done with the mod.
Classifieds is one of the biggest and most involved mods we've ever done at DBTech, and Matt's done a fantastic job with it thus far. The code itself is in good shape (important to me) and the interface is, in my opinion, exceptionally solid as well (important to you guys). Given all of those things, and given that the mod involves real world money, needless to say we can't simply tick off the last box on the ToDo list and call it a day - we're going to need extensive testing.
We plan to have our entire team go over the mod with a fine comb, trying every combination of things we can think of to try to break it so you can't (and don't have to). The most obvious of which is simply using the mod, as well as simulating malicious input to check for exploit vulnerabilities.
For me personally, I'll be going over the code to ensure I can't spot any room for improvement, and hopefully also recommend a few places to add some vB Optimise integration
We're really excited to be able to bring you this mod, and we've got our top men working on it. Top men!
Thanks for reading,
Iain & The DBTech Team
