This week we have not only a truckload of updates, but TWO specials - one offer & one announcement!
Some of you have already guessed this, but I'm happy to announce that DragonByte SEO is officially in development!
DragonByte SEO is designed in cooperation with SEOvB to be a fully featured & supported SEO product for vBulletin 3.8 & 4.x, that's fully compatible with vBSEO URL rewrite rules! There will be an importer that transfers your vBSEO settings over to DragonByte SEO, allowing your site to make the switch seamlessly with no loss of ranking.
DragonByte SEO has been designed from the ground up to not only be compatible with vBSEO but also take advantage of more modern SEO practices to further enhance your forum's relevance in today's SEO scene.
The first version of DragonByte SEO will focus on 100% compatibility with existing rewrite rules, and we have many plans for the future. Among the plans are URL Rewrite Rule History - allowing you to change URL Rewrite Rules without losing any ranking as old URLs will seamlessly redirect and Persistent SEO Titles - every generated URL will be stored and editable, freeing you from the constraint of existing rewrite rules.
That's not all, watch this space for future announcements
If you're interested in a Closed Beta spot - keep in mind that it may be a few weeks until we have Beta 1 ready - feel free to send @Belazor a PM.

DragonByte Classifieds v1.0.0 Beta 2 (Closed Beta) has been released! This release fixes over half a dozen bugs, implements almost half a dozen interface enhancements and adds two new features!
For those of you just joining us, here's a quick recap of what DragonByte Classifieds is all about:
DragonByte Classifieds is a highly advanced Classifieds system that lets you or your members sell physical items for real money using advanced AJAX features to reduce page loads and provide a real auction-like feel to your forum.
If you're not running an auction site, you can take advantage of highly configurable inventory features to create a store front for physical goods using "buy-it-now" functionality with stock support.
With multiple other features like the ability for sellers to set shipping costs, the ability for sellers to restrict what countries they wish to ship to and the ability for buyers to set their preferred addresses, the system is perfect for any forum interested in the selling of goods for real money.
We are still accepting Closed Beta tester applications, so if you're interested, send a PM to either @Mokonzi or @Belazor and we'll get back to you.
Closed Beta testers will be able to help shape the initial release version of the mod, as well as iron out the bugs, so please do participate if you're interested in running the final version on your site.
Please do be aware that you will not receive a free version of the mod, so please do not apply if you do not intend to purchase the full version after the Closed Beta test ends. You will, however, receive a discount on the full version
vBActivity & Awards v3.1.4 has been released, reworking the All Awards page to use the same display style as the All Achievements page, significantly reducing clutter for forums with a lot of Awards handed out. Additionally, the phrases used on both those pages have been altered slightly to be more consistent and improve readability.
Advanced Post Thanks / Like v3.1.7 has been released, adding integration with @Dylan's excellent DragonByte Reviews mod! Additionally, the vB4 version has received minor CSS alterations to be more compatible with the Profile Customisations feature.
Lastly, Advanced User Tagging v3.0.8 Patch Level 1 has been released, fixing an issue in which using the Mention feature on the first post of a thread would send an email without post content to the recipient of the mention. Additionally, it fixes a display issue with the profile tab in which entries could be duplicated as "Deleted Posts" in certain scenarios.

So you guys finally know what I've been working on in secret all this time! Let me know in the comments section whether you had guessed it or if not, what you thought it was.
I could go on about the trials and tribulations of working on it, but I have something more entertaining: My experiences with the iPhone 5S launch.
Decado already needed a new phone, and I was anxious to have a phone with a working home button, so we both decided that we would show up decently early in order to ensure we'd walk out of there with phones. I would show up outside our carrier's shop at 4 AM (they open at 8 AM) and Decado would follow as needed - I live much closer, so it only made sense.
In my infinite genius, I apparently decided that leaving the house for potentially 5 hours of waiting didn't require more than 50% of my phone's battery remaining. That went exactly as well as you would expect.
As the shop opened and Decado got his phone, our carrier's system decided that even though my contract expired in March this year, I was not eligible for an upgrade. It made for a funny moment when the sales clerk complained about bad programming and we revealed to him that we were programmers
Thankfully, I was able to place an order online from the same carrier with no issues (from one of their display phones no less, since my own phone was well and truly dead at this point), and the phone arrived today exactly on cue.
Did you also get an iPhone on launch? Have a similar story? Let me know in the comments!
